Could not recommend Gibbs Carriers more highly. I purchased a Ford transit van to use as a base vehicle to convert to a camper van. The van is cracking and Gibbs took tremendous care of the few scratches as part of the service. The after care was quite exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. Tremendously happy thanks to the team most especially Craig and Sean.

Couldn't fault Gibbs one bit, I've been in over the years for hiring vans and never had an issues. They recommended me a new van that would work out much more cost efficient for me on a monthly basis. They set me up on finance and had the van ready the same week with a new MOT and service. 10/10 experience and customer service.

Very good and quick customer service (even got a coffee while waiting 😋) had the perfect van ready exactly when I needed it and was very easy to organise. Huge thanks to Abby for helping me sell my first car, got a quote and all the paperwork sorted quickly, further the funds were ready and in my account the next day!

My experience with Gibbs Vehicle Hire and Sales has been extremely rewarding. Excellent customer service. I bought a secondhand vehicle from them via Autotrader and they were professional, honest, responded promptly to my emails, kept me updated on MOT and service status and organised to have the car delivered from Dunfermline to Aberdeen especially to allow me to use it for an important appointment at the weekend. I hadn't seen the car when I bought it but they provided a warranty and new MOT, and when I had the car checked on arrival it was as described by Gibbs. In great condition and drives like a dream. Sean was incredibly helpful in every way. I can't recommend them enough. A very good experience overall.

Great Process Very Easy 5 Stars
Very easy process for buying a van to replace my car, guys were great and kept me updated. Got the van with a 12 months MOT and service. Purchased a 3 year warranty at a very good price for the level of the cover given. Offered a very fair price for my car too. Great service will definitely use again in future

Awesome service
Being a women shopping for a new is normally an "experience" being told what I need from my car. Gibbs is so different, the guys really listened to what I wanted and needed. The whole experience was so chilled and easy. I will defo be back for my next car.
